Fresh mogra flowers are handpicked at dawn when their fragrance peaks. Flowers are placed in copper deg vessels with water, heated gently, and the aromatic steam is channeled into a receiver with base oil. The scent slowly infuses into the oil over hours, sometimes repeated daily for several days until the attar achieves its signature intensity. This deg-bhapka hydro-distillation preserves the flower’s natural aroma completely.
